At Neveluxe, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your fragrance, but we understand that sometimes a scent might not be the perfect match. Here's our return policy.
Return Period You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All seals and protective wrapping must be unbroken
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons and EU regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened perfume bottles.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- We'll provide you with return instructions and address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange your fragrance for a different scent, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you find your perfect match!
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
